I'm not sure how you could take the figure apart, but have you considered adding some lubrication (WD-40, etc) to the joints to see if it helps? Personally, I've never encountered joints on a ML figure that were too tight. I have the opposite problem. Many of mine have knee and ankle joints that are so loose that the figure doesn't stand. Good luck, I hope you get it figured out.

Im thinking lubing the thing up would be really messy, and I also don't know if it'd be a permenant fix....I mean, I don't want a greasy figure.
And same here with the ML joints.....Blade is the only one thats too tight to move.
Guess not that many people here are able to help....

Whenever you get into a tight spot, it always helps to lube up your balls.

werewolfoz--can you fit a small screwdriver down in the neck hole? Maybe you could gently pry it apart.

Yeah, I'd just be really worried about cracking the thing. I need to do it in a way that I can glue the thing back together, and for it to end up looking seamless...
maybe one of those really fine saws......and maybe I should soften the plastic before cutting.
